Thank you to all of our audience members and supporters of AMT’s production of Monty Python’s Spamalot! We enjoyed wonderful and responsive audiences at the Flickinger Center over the past two weekends.
Theater is a form of art that cannot exist without an audience. We can rehearse and strive to tell the story, but without our audience members’ energy and feedback, the story cannot be told.
We certainly hope you enjoyed your time with us and look forward to putting on many more terrific productions. Next up in the spring is the musical classic “Damn Yankees”, a Faustian tale about professional baseball in the Broadway sendup of love and the American pastime!
Based on the novel, The Year the Yankees Lost the Pennant by Douglass Wallop, Damn Yankees the Broadway mega-hit and winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical, hits it out of the park! The winning score by Adler and Ross and a devilish book by George Abbot have made this sporty musical comedy a true American classic.
We look forward to seeing you in April at the Flickinger Center and hope you have a wonderful holiday season!
Spamalot was a great show, but I have heard we need more FAMILY style shows to come back. The big ones with lots of kids and families involved.
