We are pleased to announce auditions for AMT’s summer production of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying! We will be auditioning at the Flickinger Center on Tuesday, May 21 and Thursday, May 23 at 6:30 pm.

How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying is the story of window washer J. Pierpont Finch. After Finch happens upon a book entitled ‘How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying’, he decides to begin his rise up the corporate ladder. With the help of his handy book, Finch quickly gains promotions and outsmarts his rival, Bud Frump – who also happens to be the boss’s nephew. Along the way Finch gains the love of Rosemary, a secretary at the company. The story highlights the classic songs “Happy to Keep his Dinner Warm”, “I Believe in You” and “Brotherhood of Man”.

During the auditions, you are asked to sing a short selection (sixteen bars preferred) and read a short selection from the musical (provided by the casting committee). Musical Accompaniment will be provided to you. We normally have a staff pianist at your disposal and a sound system for those with CD accompaniment.

We look forward to seeing you there! Don’t miss out on a summer of fun!

    • We will not need children for this play, the show takes place in a office place in the 1960’s. However, we are allowing anyone sixteen and over to audition.
